Residential Division

The residential division at Southscape Landscaping, LLC provides many types of services associated with the outside of your home.  These range from simple lawn mowing and maintenance services to full scale beautification projects.  We take great pride in our extensive landscape construction knowledge and can design/install any type of project, large or small.  Dependant on your need, we can create simple drawings of your new landscape or our resident designer can work with you to create a master plan for your property thus achieving the vision that you're looking for.

Equally important to your property is the grounds maintenance.  Our residential main-

tenance services are provided throughout the entire Lake Norman region and we are currently expanding our routes to cover south Charlotte.  Our competitive packages offer basic, mowing only service for the price conscious all the way to complete grounds care for those who want nothing to do with the maintenance of their property.  We cover most of the greater Charlotte area.  Please contact our office if you are interested in our maintenance service.
